What we did ?
Today in class we were in the library for the entire block to critic our post with our partners that we pick from our group and u had to rate them from 1 to 5. Then when we were done criticing our posts we went back in our groups. But then Ms. Lees split all the groups up into our reading groups that we were assigned to. Now that we were in our reading groups we got these 3 posters that were of webs. We got split up into pairs then Ms. Lees handed out a yellow lined sheet and a green lined sheet. On those sheets we had to write what was good about the web that we had on the green one and on the yellow one we had to write what we thought was bad about the web.
Why we did it?
We did this to know where we are on our blog posts and how we can get better and have good critisism and to get help from your group. We did the get into our groups for our reading groups to get to know where everyone is in the book and to know what we are going to do for our next project which is on those webs.
Reflections/Connections
My reflections for what we did in class is that it was very helpful and understanding to what we are doing and towhat were going to be doing in class with our blog groups and our reading groups. My connections for what we did in class is that i had some connections from past classes for learning logs and reading groups but i have never had a blog so that was a little different for me.
Homework
-To read and finish our book by monday
Wow Luke! This Has definitely improved since your last post. Good job for remembering to do the Connections/Reflection part, and thank you for doing it on time. I just want to point out that maybe next time you could perhaps do homework tips too?
ReplyDeleteI am happy that you improved like Olivia said. It actually has a LOT more detail than your last one, but I still think you have more room for improvement. Next time, if you get the chance, you could write in paragraphs rather than squishing everything into one! :) You could've explained a little more about the learning intentions. Overall, I am impressed by how much you've gone from your last post! Good job, Luke! :D
